Photography & Videography

In order for you to capture precious moments from your special day, we offer the services of both Western and local photographers and videographers depending on your needs and desired style. These photographs will provide you with everlasting memories and give you the opportunity to share your celebration with guests that were unable to attend. As they say ... a picture is worth a thousand words.



Hair & Make up Artists
To assist in making you look gorgeous on your special day, baliku weddings offer the services of western or local hair and makeup professionals. baliku hair and makeup artists come to your hotel or villa so you may be pampered in the comfort of your room. Trials can also be organised to ensure you are completely happy with the service prior to your special occasion.



Flowers
baliku weddings offers a wide range of bouquets and buttonholes however, if you already have something in mind, please send us a photo and we will be pleased to arrange it for you. You may also like to consider adding a tropical element to your ceremony by including leis for your guests and/or a flower shower at the end of your ceremony. Please note that availability of certain flowers will vary if seasonal.



Wedding Cakes
baliku welcomes you to choose from our selection of delicious cakes, or, if you have something specific in mind, we will be pleased to accommodate your requests. To arrange the perfect cake, all we require are details about the size, type, flavor and decoration. It would also be ideal to provide us with a photo.



Transport
Unless you choose to have your ceremony in the hotel or villa in which you are staying, you will need to take transport into consideration. We offer different forms of transport according to your specific wishes, the number of people in your wedding party and whether or not your guests need a ride!
Simply provide us with some detail regarding your needs and we will present you with suitable options for your consideration.



Catering & Bar Services
Whether you choose for your wedding reception to be a formal sit down dinner or a more relaxed buffet style, we can offer you all the information you require, and make all necessary arrangements on your behalf. It may be a matter of providing you with menus and pricing from the hotel or restaurant in which you choose to have your wedding and reception, or making arrangements through a catering company and Bar Services for your private villa wedding. Whatever your needs, we can fulfill them.



Entertainment
Entertainment can play a very large role in both your ceremony and reception. It does so by setting the mood of the occasion and creating an ambiance specific to you your style and taste. baliku weddings offers everything from the more up beat bands and DJ’s to the more refined string quartet and acoustic guitarist. You may choose to incorporate some Balinese style by having either traditional Gamelan or Rindik performances, or something more dramatic such a fire dancers. Whatever your preference we can cater to your needs.



Setup & Decoration
Most ceremony venues offer setup and decoration packages however, if you choose to have a villa wedding, it is important to consider setup and decoration during your wedding preparations. Whether you wish to add your own unique flair or prefer something traditional, contemporary, or Balinese, simply ask your baliku wedding consultant and she will provide you with all the relevant information.



Wedding Gifts
Traditionally, a bride and groom present small gifts to friends and family in appreciation of their involvement in their special day. Just because you choose to be married overseas, does not mean that you need to pass on this tradition. We would be more than happy to source some wonderful and unique keepsakes for you to present to your loved ones.



Hens & Bucks Parties
baliku weddings caters to all aspects of arranging a wedding including the associated Hen’s and Buck’s parties. Whether it be a party at a restaurant or something more adventurous such as water sports or white water rafting, your baliku weddings consultant will be happy to provide all the relevant information and make the necessary bookings on your behalf.


WEDDING ARRANGEMENT, TERMS & CONDITION

Reservation / Booking
Reservation should be made at least 1 (one) month for wedding ceremony, except for the catholic ceremony should be made at least 3 (three) months.
Confirmation
The confirmations will be given, while the booking form is completely submitted.
Payment
50% down payment is required two weeks upon reservation and full payment 3 (three) days before wedding day.
Cancellation Fee

• 10% from total payment when cancellation made 30 days before wedding day.
• 30% from total payment when cancellation made 14 days before wedding day.
• 50% from total payment when cancellation made 3 days before wedding day.
• 100% if there is no show.
